Hydroponic system

Tucked between the ground and first floor,
our hydroponic system grows six species of mint
and other herbs. You can watch as they grow,
destined for your drinks, dishes, and even
relaxation rituals — whether fresh or creatively transformed in our lab.

Laboratory

Our Rotary Evaporator produces distillates, hydrolats, and oils used throughout our venue. Dehydrators turn leftover fruits and zests
into fine powders for garnishes, and even
mint stems are repurposed as cocktail sticks, bringing a touch of innovation to every drink.
