MYATA Platinum Dubai was named a winner of the 2025 DNA Paris Design Awards in Interior Design/Lighting. The official award entry credits DA BUREAU and YARKO Lighting Design Studio for the project.
The recognition celebrates the lighting concept at our restaurant, bar, and lounge in City Walk. It reflects the care given to the atmosphere guests experience as they move through the space and settle in for an evening.
At MYATA Platinum, light works with the interior’s sculptural forms. Soft glows create quieter corners, while contrasts of light and shadow bring depth to the surroundings. The lighting helps connect the different areas of the venue and makes the architecture part of the experience at the table.
DA BUREAU and YARKO developed the concept around a sense of retreat from the city outside. Within the canyon-inspired interior, guests can enjoy dinner, cocktails, and conversation in a setting that feels distinct from the streets of Dubai.
This award recognizes the contribution of lighting to the interior design of MYATA Platinum. We thank the design teams and everyone involved in bringing the concept to life, from its initial direction to the atmosphere guests experience today.
